1 · Your Chief and your LeadChief, your right hand, greets you. For any goal, Chief finds the Lead: the professional who owns the outcome and already knows which specialists you need, like a general contractor for a remodel.
2 · Your Staff of ProsThe Lead staffs the team. Each Pro asks only what they need, in the order the work happens, building on earlier answers.
3 · Change ordersIdeas grow mid-conversation. Say "actually, I also want…" and the Lead brings in new Pros and re-asks only what changed.
4 · Your planEach Pro adds what they'd tell you, with real rules of thumb, and the Lead lines up next steps.
